chris642
ya, a piped shee definally doesnt need a lockup. dont try to bandaid clutch problems with a lockup, just get a new clutch for like $80.

chris642
i heard it wasnt for slipping clutchs and such? 410348 yes it is......for engines with like 80+ horsepower. if you notice your clutch slipping, then there is a problem with your clutch. it isnt a good idea to bandaid it with a $400 lock out system, the reasons are obvious. sure, its a good mod if you had the extra cash, but you should be much more worried about your suspension. this would probally be one of the last mods i ever do, you dont need it to go fast but it sure as hell doesnt hurt to have. iceman
the GRR one is 375. seems a bit much for something you dont need. basically its good for anything because youll get a better holeshot. know what else helps holeshots? you. practicing. save your money and spend some time. BFS, if "YOU" want one "YOU" get one. If you ask for advice, USE IT !!! dont counterdict everything you are told.

bigboybanshee
ya. well i was wondering and i asked in another forum if it would be good for mx and they said its good for anything so i duno 410634 LOL, I know which post you're talking about...maybe we should have been a little clearer on the answer. Yes, you can put it any kind of banshee (mx, drag, whatever) but it is pointless unless you're pushing some serious HP. If you want to get the lockup to cover up an existing problem I suggest you don't get one. I'd be willing to bet that if you bought a new clutch and adjusted it properly you wouldn't have any clutch issues. Don't waste your money on one unless you REALLY need one. The ONLY reason I got one is because of the power I'm running and the giant meats for tires that I have to turn over.
