Seems to me to be well worth the 200 bucks that they are sellin em for @ RMATV. Looks way better than stock, pretty darn beefy lookin too and was pretty easy puttin on. Just wanted to give u guys a heads up. I havent seen many threads about it. I will be givin it hell this weekend and see how well it stands up. It came with some nice, heavy duty castlenuts on the ends and a nice beefy lookin 3 piece lock nut. Just a heads up for you guys lookin for a cheaper alternative to the durablue and lonestar axles. I can try to post some pics of it later today if you guys want. I've gotten alotta usefull info from you guys so I thought it would be fair for me to add my .02 werf. Peace out. oliver566 Posted August 28, 2005 Report Share Posted August 28, 2005 Hey I have the G-Force as well, but on mine, the c-clip on the sprocket hub side always backs off allowing the 3 piece locknut to move. Could you post some detailed pics showing how this setup is supposed to go together because by the sounds of it I have something incorrectly installed. Hilarious Posted August 29, 2005 Author Report Share Posted August 29, 2005 here's a picture of the nut. The side with the allen locking screw goes tward the sprocket hub. I didnt torque it down or anything just got it pretty tight and i didnt have any play in it so i tightened it down. I dont know u may be getting the nut too tight to push the c clip off. time will tell. i have bout an hour on it now and i havent broken anythin, yet. Yours looks right, mine dont... lol, so therefore, what is over your clip, how come mine is right out in the open like it is? One end should have a groove and one side should be straight. thread the straight end into the nut. The c clip on the axle should rest in the groove when you are finished. Hope this helps. I've tightened everything up and nothign has moved since, I just don't trust it. There's another ring that comes with this axle. Looks like a spacer [looks like the snap ring housing on the brake rotor side]. Where is it at?? odaen Posted October 25, 2006 Report Share Posted October 25, 2006 I think there's an extra spacer shipped with the axle for Raptors to align the sprocket. I had a G-Force axle once, and it looked like a damn good axle. Problem was that I allegedly bought an Axcalibar LSR one, so I shipped the fake back and got my money refunded.
