darren61462 Posted August 21, 2005 Report Share Posted August 21, 2005 You might be able to find one inexpensive on ebay, but I have had good success buying computers and laptops for my company at discountpc.net. They have a realtime inventory so you would need to check it often. Look for grade A condition laptops and you should have good success. I'm partial to Dell for their reliability and can get them in bulk pricing. Replacement laptop batteries can usually be found at a decent price in some ebay stores. Look for one that has the ethernet and modem ports built in so you can use the accessory ports for something else like a wireless network card or extra memory.
