PUSH THE THROTTLE
Try it out if you have a decent connection otherwise it may be a little slow. http://earth.google.com/ NOTE: not all of the maps are that great such as I can't locate my parents house but if you are near a major area it should work for you. STLBILL
The Google Earth package used to be called Keyhole. It is named after the now de-classified spy satellite program operated by the NSA a few decades ago. Kind of makes you wonder... if they declassified this technology what did they replace it with? All i can really think of is a real time satellite view of that selected area?
Lee
I really want to work for Google... they are too awesome. Gotta love the Google Hybrid maps they have online.. helps a lot when i travel out of state. Try entering a UPS package number into google's search...or a flight number... or even a vehicle's VIN #....

Cotton eyed Joe
satelites that will read your news paper for you.........when its cloudy. 404094[/snapback] I read online some years ago about Keyhole, and what we see now isn't even its full capacity at all. They are only allowing so much resolution. I don't know if this is true but they said the technology from over 10 years ago they could see the ridges on the edge of a dime from they're geosyncronous orbit (22,000 miles give or take)
