i'd have patriot build your cub. the cylinders and spec1 porting  is about $1025, 28mm pwk carbs about 300 (give or take) new, new pistons about 160. you can use your stock head and stock reed cages, etc. then you have to get pipes, aftermarket reeds, and alot of other stuff but it would run you a good 2000 to build. look here for more info, http://www.patriotracing.net/Cheetah%20Cub.htm . just letting you know these motors are all about top end.

dEcon, You've been a great great help in informing me about building a shee. I think I'll get cubs just for the heck of it. So, I'll like to thank you dEcon and as well as others who have replied to this post. Thanks guys

Now, if only I could get a shee.. I'm looking to buy an old one since I don't have any money and hook it up. Anyone could help me? Would be great if they would want to trade too... e-mail me!

no problem at all man. I think you will be happy with the cub setup. I would call patriot and dan should help you setup your cub better than I can.
