SANDSTAR
I just bought one that looks JUST like that from Lowes. 3 filters, pressure tank, and any color faucet I wanted. $249 installed. Those are not distillers, they are reverse osmosis water filters.
SANDSTAR
And I can tell you that Pharmacys and Hospitals don't do anything special to the water unless it is for IV use, which comes from pharmacutical companies that use stuff like ozone, extreme heat and ultra violet light to purify water. Not RO filtration. To distill, you have to have heat. The system you show there is made of plastic. We are working on a hospital right now that just hooks up to city water and runs it right to the fixtures within....
racer
lead gives city water a nice zest.
crbanshee
these systems are used to mix medications..for example.you get a perscription from a doc. for some liquid form of med.it comes as a powder it has to be mixed with x amount of water..the hospital systems measure the water and fill the bottle to the exact ml. of water..the home system doesnt measure..thats the only differance
SANDSTAR
They don't use those in hospitals. You can get those at Lowes or Home depot for cheaper than your price, and they install it. If you have a problem with it, they come back and fix it. Mine has a 3 yr warranty. Quit trying to sell shit on here without sponsoring.
