biggun6ss
I have a 2005 shee with a 14 tooth, shaved head, and t6 pipes. My buddy has a 2003 LE shee with air box mod, FMF fatty's, and a 15 tooth. In the sand in a 300 ft drag we are really close but i spin a lot though. On the street we are about even until the end of 4th gear then he starts to pull away. By sixth gear he has left me really bad. If i go to a 15 will I do better in the sand and on the street? 2strokesmoke
going up on the front gives him a higher gear up on front is like going down 3 in the rear a 15 will give more top end
quad4me
yes it is very much noticable. You will change the length of every gear 1-6.

biggun6ss
I've got a 15 tooth coming along with a rickey stator plate. In a 300 ft race in the sand with no paddles we are about even. I use stock tires and he uses holeshots. We do a lot of 300 ft racing where I am at. I just haven't ordered paddles yet cus My drag car broke down Have to get it going first. badcompany
He must be a better or lighter rider, because on pavement you should accelerate faster but he should eventually catch and pass you.
biggun6ss
I don't know about better rider but he is lighter. I weigh about 210 and he weighs around 185.
Toomey Banshee
I run 15/41 on the 99. Noticed a huge difference when we went up to the 15. You'll like it.
biggun6ss
Got my paddles in and we raced 300 ft in the sand. He used 9 paddle extremes and i used 9 paddle haulers. I know they are both too much paddle for the bikes but they both will be ported soon with many other mods. I beat him every time by about 1 1/2 quads. He was pissed. He thought that a LE banshee should beat my regular banshee. Looks like the war has begun between us.
Toomey Banshee
An "LE Banshee" only has upgraded plastic. Motor and suspension is identical.
