cwarren Posted July 9, 2005 Report Share Posted July 9, 2005 I just replaced my clutch about 2 weeks ago. Everything went fine and has worked well since....about 4 rides. Last night while riding, I down shifted and the had the clutch pulled in (Not for an extended time while coasting). when the clutch engaged on it's own. It felt like the cable broke...no tension on the lever, but after looking at it the cable was fine. The clutch was pulled in, but not disengaged. I haven't pulled it apart yet, but was wondering if this sounds like the ball welded to the rod, or what. LEt me know what you guys think. Thanks!
