Seems like 3 weeks is the breaking point(literally) when the new wears off everything goes to shit. This phone has suprised me though... The buttons are hard plastic...you can download programs onto it that will make it an MP-3 player, it is PERFECT for checking e-mails (saved my ass more than once working from the car) and text messages have never been easier with a mini key-board. check out handango.com for some programs you can get Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Oh yea, stay away from the motorola v551 model....its a piece, I know 4 people with this model and there is some software issues.
