I unpluged the TORS from the stock carbs and installed the new carbs and left the plugs hanging. but the switch from the TORS is still in the throttle and it wont start unless the throttle is engaged enough where it is not making contact with the switch. once i get it running and then i let the throttle go it will kill. So what do i do now???? am i missing somthing ? Also the 28 PWK's DO NOT HAVE TORS instaled on them

Cut the wires at the throttle that go to the TORS system. Once the wires are cut make sure the electrical connectors are all disconnected from the box. Once that's done the thing should run. The box is on the left side of the frame under the gas tank.
