race-a-holic
In my opinion, porting will actually make it more rideable.Just a mild porting, not an all out drag port.It can actually give it more torque.Though it will probably never be as trail-rideable as a 4-stroke,porting can help. fixitrod
The hit won't change, but if you are trying to ride tight trails or something you could try changing the gearing. It's the cheapest. Then go from there if you want to spend the money to change the way the engine responds.
Banshee~
You can get a nossmachine cool head with domes for around $255. The smaller the dome size the more compression you will have (more bottem end). You might have to run race gas depending on elevation/dome size. decon why not get more mods that will make you faster, cool better, and make the power hit more even and cost alot less than switching pipes.
