dll_llb
why would you do that? 381573[/snapback] I have a front shock that went south on me and they have chrome coils on them and wanted to put them (chrome coils) on my new shocks. Thanks
Master of Faster
I've done it, ya gotta have a spring compressor. Compress the spring and the end of the shock unthreads off the shaft so you can pull the spring off. You can make your own spring compressor out of a couple ratchet straps if you want. slowpokebanshee
you could use a handful of hose clamps about the size of radiator hose
