well i just got back from alleghany national forest. went out there to spend time with my g/f and to get some good riding time in. well all morning it wasn't running right ..the rear tires felt like they werent biting right.. well finally after a while luckily when i was by myself, the damne3 thing stopped moving ..at first i thought it was the clutch but the bike is only 8 months old ...so i looked down at the axle and it wasnt moving just the hubs and tires... i will never buy another lonestar product in my life.. if i could show u guys the hubs.. they didnt last but 4-5 months...not hard riding neither..i couldnt believe it.. i thought that lonestar was the shizzle..but anyways ...does anyone have other experiences like this.. it ruined my whole day! i drove 2 1/2 hours and spent 60 some dollars to ride for 10 minutes.had to drive all the way home for the stockers...lucky the axle splines didnt get ruined.. to make a long story short...

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON LONESTAR HUBS..

Got any pics? Something had to have caused the problem? From my experience Lonestar makes some quality products, this is the first I have ever heard any complaint of them either than thier prices...

I've also known of 2 people that had lonestar "lock on" hubs. They had nothing but complaints about them. They were constantly coming loose, even breaking through red loctite.

My one good buddy sent them back and got a refund for them (dont know how, thats like pulling teeth)

And my other buddy sold them on ebay.

I'll never get those hubs.....sounds like to much trouble to me.
