dumper_uk
I recently bought a 99 banshee in race spec, 28mm keihins(bored to 30mm),toomey T5's,durablue axle, aftermarket A-arms and swingarm(not sure what),Ohlins Shocks,Beadlocks, The reason I am posting,is that it has 2 calipers on each front wheel, and a different master cylinder(looks like a road bike one). The brakes are awesome!! My friend was wondering where he could get front hubs like it so he could have a twin caliper setup.Does anyone know of where they can be found? The other thing is the engine,He said its very highly tuned,It has LRD and a number (looks like a part number) engraved into the side of the barrel,It also has a Hinson clutch cover and an LRD Left hand engine casing/magneto cover/sprocket cover. Can anyone shed some light on this,as I can't find any info regarding LRD engine tuning anywhere on the net. I will post some pics asap. Many thanks

Must not have looked very hard...LRD's been around forever. http://www.lrdperformance.com/ I'm sure it's ported by them, not sure if the numbers mean anything in reference to what they did. Dual pistion calipers or dual calipers? I'd like to see that, either way...!
SANDSTAR
Why add all that extra weight of a dual caliper set-up? My front brakes lock up just fine with the stock set up. But I still want to se a pic.......
