just took the head off and took a look at the pistons and cylinder wall which look good but im running 105 psi in one cylinder and 75 in the other.I know its time for a rebuild but when i looked at the top of the piston it read .75mm. so im wondering if there is enough room to be rebuilt or not.

You sure about those numbers? Does it have a big bore kit in it?

Is it .75mm or is it 75mm?

Reason I ask is .100 over is only a 66.50mm pistion.

.75mm might be right if it's been rebuilt, and it only needed a .75mm bigger piston.

Check here, it will give you the metric and english measurements for stock to .100 over piston kits for shees...
