They are so close to each other compared to the old days that its pretty safe to say they are what they say they are. Nightrider Posted May 6, 2005 Author Report Share Posted May 6, 2005 (edited) Thanks Jim,I spoke with a Wiseco tech guy and he told me that the target bore size for.040 oversize was 2.559,the target piston size would be 2.556 +0/-.0005.They also advised a minimum .003 clearance. On the grinding side of things we measure with .000005 resolution mics, so .00001 is the smallest we can accuritely measure. Got to love being able to do the close tolerance shit.
