97banshee350 Posted May 1, 2005 Report Posted May 1, 2005 my clutch is shot, when i first start it and rev it the quad moves forward and sometieme stalls and wont go anywhere until its wamred up. so what do you guy recomend i get for a clutch kit? EBC, BARNETT, HINSON.... Quote

locogato11283 Posted May 1, 2005 Report Posted May 1, 2005 Check you basket it might be grooved, I had the same problem. 362927[/snapback] thats a really good point. when i replaced my clutch with the streetbike clutch from FAST racing i went ahead and replaced the basket and inner and outer hubs. what a world of difference this made. its not always just the clutch thats the problem. if you buy a clutch and throw it in you might get by for a few weeks but if your other parts are worn, that clutch wont last long. how old is your banshee? 1997 im guessing? if so id say its time to replace those clutch parts. FAST racing stocks all that stuff as well. Quote
