rocketboy Posted April 30, 2005 Report Share Posted April 30, 2005 i like the Ims roll pegs but they re spendy...205$. im thinking about different options . some guys mod the stockers ,some run the blaster pegs ,i want width too and lower and further back a bit is there any viable option to this ? anybody on here do welding and modding to the stocker for a good price ? im really wanting a better positon so i can get the front up alittle easier and dont sit on the bike like a damn queer wh odeos these mods or do you have any pics for me as a reference? thanks guys Denny Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
broke Posted April 30, 2005 Report Share Posted April 30, 2005 Buy a set of blaster pegs, cut off the foot rest portion on yours and bolt it on to see if you like it. If you do, get it welded. superchicken Posted May 1, 2005 Report Share Posted May 1, 2005 i just fabed up some mounting plates and rewelded my pegs directly over the mounting holes.moved them back about 3-4 inches.dont forget youll have to cut reweld the brake,shifter lever.btw,i noticed with the shorter shift lever i needed to manhandle the shifter a little more because of the lost leverage of the longer one Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
