fixitrod
It's 4mm extra stoke in the crank. 5mm longer rods so you have to use the 795 series pistons for the extra rod length. The hole on the piston is moved 5mm to compensate. You either need a spacer plate to compesate for the extra stroke or some head work done. You will want porting done to compensate for the extra stroke too or you won't be happy with it. Then you'll want carbs, intakes, filters, .. it can get very expensive once you get the bug. odaen
alot.....just a little bit of warning to ya...it will cost alot more to do that the 1200 or so that the kit costs. im at like 3-4k in my engine alone and all i started with was a stroker kit 360650[/snapback] when you buy a crank, if it's a hot rod crank, ask them what the part number is. you want the H129, which is a 4mm stroker with a 5mm longer rod. it comes welded from the factory. they have a stock stroke crank with a 5mm long rod, i think it's the H111. it does NOT come welded from the factory, so add about 100-150 to weld and true it since you gotta do the inner and outer webs. it's cheaper and you'll get more horsepower just going with the H129. a complete gasket, seal, H129, and 795 series pistons should run you under $700 if you shop around. Porting will run you 300-500, machining the head is around 50-70, I can't remember. some vforce 3 reeds are 200, and CPI in frames are about $520. if you need a bore job, add $35 per cylinder

fixitrod
If you are going to use passion racing you might just see if Jim at passion can get all that for you. He can check out the cylinders and match the pistons up and bore the cylinders for you all at the same time. I'm pretty sure he can come close enough to that price to make it worth while and not have to hassle with a bunce of different people.
