Dead Beat Seller?

Recommended Posts

I am posting up in hopes that my situation will get resolved....I had an agreement with member "99screaminshee" to purchase a seat he had for sale on the forum. We spoke at the begining of last month and i sent out payment via money order that he recieved on the 12th. He confimed with me that he got the money order then said he would send the seat out the next day...oviously since i am writing this...i never got the seat. The last PM I sent him...i basically told him to send the seat or my money back...he wrote back appologizing saying he would send the seat and the tracking # that morning...i never got either...PM'd him, now no response. I just want my seat or my money...i hope someone on this forum knows him, or he sees this and does what he said he would do. banghead

if its a postal money order

go to the post office, and complain

they will give you a form, and you can see who cash the money order

they take their drivers license number and telephone number

if its though ebay

file a complaint wit hebay

you can get the sellers phone number from ebay

The M.O. is cashed...can't do anything now.

If the money order has been cashed, then you have just been robbed. It is FRAUD whether or not you use a Postal Money order I found out. If you MAILED your money order, then the Post Office is involved. Contact your local Post Master or Postal Inspector and talk to them about your situation if it doesn't get resolved.
