Dan called yesterday and said my CUB's are on the way to the polisher. 5-7 days there then on to me!!! You all know I will have it on a dyno ASAP and the dyno I use reads low.

By the way, I ordered mine over a month ago and they are just know getting done. Don't get in a huge hurry.

for the fun of it i emailed ohton racing to check availability. he said he could have them ported and plated to me in less than a week. they must not have an issue with availibility or something.

The going price for stock pipes on e-bay may have just gone up. I wish I still had my stock pipes around. Would be fun to pull the Shearers and slap a set of stockers on and go race. After rejetting of course.

actually it would be bad because stock pipes don't rev

boxcar huh? I can almost see it from my house.

The cylinders will be shipped to me on next friday. I will polish them, get new pistons and get it set up. It will be on the dyno as soon as i can find the time to drive 4 hrs to one. I really want to see the numbers myself, so it will be soon!! I will not only post numbers, but the dyno will be posted!!

I was thinking about getting a set but I wasent sure if you need a lock out clutch and over-ride tranny when you are pushing that much hp.  If anyone knows, let me know.

you dont need an over ride for any type of motor or power. they are simply to make you go faster by allowing you to shift under full throttle. 4mm is about as much as you can go without needing a lockout. im sure there are bigger motors out there without lockouts but if you are gonna put that much in your engine might as well do it right.
