islandsurfer
I have dual 35mm trinity carb w/ manifolds and would like more low end grunt for trails and MX... Will it be worth it to swap or sell what I have now for the single carb set-up??? Or will the set-up I have now be better for all around riding?? FIRST BANSHEE
dual 35's are going to be better for mid to topend bike, you will get more low end from the single. without porting the dual 35's will be to big.

Yaxy
Dual 35's seem large for what you are looking for. Alot of peple recommend the single set up for woods and MX but the kit new is like $400.00 +. For about $200.00 you can ge a set of dual 28 FS mikuni's I have them on my mod shee and they are great, great power everywhere. Banshee17Racing
If you find out you've got a good port job, I'd stick with the 35mm...maybe 33mm. If you're ported I really wouldn't drop down to the 2 into 1. I've got the 2 into 1 now w/ a 34 mm PJ. If you don't have a port job and don't plan on getting one any time soon, I'd definately look into the 2 into 1. My top end is in Eric Gorr's hands as we speak...and I'm debating on going back to two carbs. Don't get me wrong...I love my 2 into 1, it's easy as hell to tune, and the thumb throttle isn't so damn stiff. But I don't want to sacrifice performance to save me a couple minutes jetting. FIRST BANSHEE
It seems to work....How would you know if your suffering from the size?? 337804[/snapback] poor bottom end, motor doesn't rev out very fast. the 2-1 works great with bolt on mods,I love it. it pulls why better than stock carbs, has power from bottom to top.
