MILO
how do you have your quad supported? maybe it's in a bind and you need to lift/lower it a little. i had to mess with mine like that a few times till i got it all the way out. if you think that's bad, wait till you pull the stock rear axle out for the 1st time. that really sucked!! boonman
Make sure the fuel is off, and tip the bike on it's side. Wail on that thing with a BFH. It will come out. If it doesn't, you will have to cut it out, which requires a steady hand....
Blacksmith
Like stated before, put the bike on its side. Soak the bolt in PB Blaster overnight and then go after it with a brass drift and a large hammer. Keep in mind that the bolt is in contact with a sleeve all the way through the swing arm. A little corosion in those tight quarters will cause you to need to use a lot of lube and a lot of force. Use a good drift so as not to mushroom out the threads, or you will just make you problem worse when it does start to come out. Good Luck
