rocketpig
Well it should run pretty well, will this bike ever really see the track or will it sit in the showroom. 330244 It's already been shipped to a customer in NY. Hopefully he'll ride it.
RNBRAD
Umm, can we ask the price tag? Or maybe just a hint?
rocketpig
Umm, can we ask the price tag? Or maybe just a hint? 331607 I think it was somewhere just slightly north of 25k. Ouch.
Southside Motorsports
that is ridiculous.....you can build a 16mm cheetah with a chromo drag frame for $16,000 all day long.

It was less than 25k. Add in the paint, all the billet stuff he threw on it, etc. and the price rises quickly. Just the engine, frame, swingarm, etc. came in around that price. All the other stuff that was done jacked the price up over 20k.
badcompany
DANG, i figure I could build a decent looking triple for that, it might look quite as good as that, but thats why I ride. The bike takes care of the times, I take care of the looks lol
fastbanshee4u
Well it should run pretty well, will this bike ever really see the track or will it sit in the showroom. 330244 To bad it will be a fuel hog you could not even take out for a good ride.As far as im concerned you probally better off with a street bike engine .Getting out of controll on engine prices. Think about it 1 crankshaft cost as much as a honda crf 50 for my boy . one piece verses a whole bike , now who is making profit ? beautty though . Koolguyson
triple motor will cost you around 15k for anything larger then a 10mm by the time you are done with it. another 10k in chassis plastic paint chain controls tires chrome and polish
badcompany
Thats what I was saying, so that equals about 25k. It doesnt really matter though, I'll stick to the gas 350.
Southside Motorsports
can't be a gas 350 for dependablity....race after race.
badcompany
Dependability, plus I can race two classes at our track. It runs consistant 4.5s too, has been 4.42, 4.49, and somehow it went 4.34 last weekend, all this with no override, inframes, and a stock frame. Not bad eh? PRO1TUBER
If you saw the paint in real life, it's amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. 328527 I saw the bike in person & it still didnt do justice for $3 K ... plus trinity is not all that anyway...too expensive for what u get.... & u dont get alot...looks like u r just trying to promote for the anyway

So how low do you think you could get in the 4's with an override?
FlatTrackinIt55
mid 4.2-4.3 consistently maybe?? just my wild guess Edited March 3, 2005 by FlatTrackinIt55
badcompany
I think with just a wheelie bar I could get very consiistant 4.4s with some 4.3s a few times, same thing with an overried. Both combined I like to think I could get into 4.3s with some 4.2s. This is all wishful thinking though, never know until I try it. But if I were to go override, that would take me out of the pro-stock, so i would probaly go to alcohol and go ahead and lighten the frame some more, maybe get some drag pipes. I like to think that if I went full blown alcohol and all that it would go 4.0s, but like I said earlier, its wishful thinking.
