locogato11283
6th gear cruising? sounds to me like you drained your bowls. to be safe pull the lines off your carbs and turn the gas on. check and make sure you are getting good flow from the tank. rocketboy
yaeh it sounds like your not getting good flow ,check that like locogato said and if all else fails disassemble carb and clean out jets and passsages for any debris in their and while yo ugot it apart id check your float bowl height
ssanddemon
Pull the fuel petcock out of the tank and cut the strainer socks off the ends. They are plugged and only letting a dribble thru. Now you can simply run a clear fuel filter before the carbs and see when it's plugged. I almost guarantee this is the fix, based on your description of the problem.
locogato11283
before you go cutting anything i would suggest first seeing if you are getting flow from your tank. if you are getting good flow theres no need to cut anything. FORMULASPEED
Another possibility is. If you have cut wires on your harness, They may have loosened up if you twisted them (key). Good luck an I believe thats the biggest main you can get for that carb.
