Exactly how do you chop a plug?

The simple way is to stick a small flat blade screwdriver down inside the spark plug until it is at the bottom between the porcelean and the metal. Gently pull back on the screwdriver until the porcelean(sp) cracks. It will crack vertically and come out in two pieces, of which you can examine up close for jetting purposes.

This is much faster than hacking the threads. Takes about 2 seconds, and you don't even need to let the plug cool down. I was skeptical until I tried it.
