kotin6 Posted February 5, 2005 Report Share Posted February 5, 2005 I took my head completly off nothing wrong there. took my case back off, gears are fine, waterpumps fine. I cant find the problem. My buddie told me that i may need more octaine in my fuel and it could be causing a predetination. Im have 20cc domes im at sealevel and its about 60 degreese. Tim C Posted February 5, 2005 Report Share Posted February 5, 2005 (edited) Why would you tear into the motor if you have no fire - it is an electrical problem not a mechanical problem. But like a lot of people said on your last post the stator and CDI go bad more often then the coil - try a stator and CDI off of a friends bike if you can to see which is no good. I also bought a new coil but found out after it was the CDI that was bad. But if your using 20cc domes at sealevel you probably need race gas - I run 21cc domes at sealevel and i'm at the limit for compression with pump gas.
