The mating surfaces between cylinders and o-rings are not seated wright, or they my be broken. check it out. make sure you use a good torque wrench. Call noss and see what they say. Good luck. SICK BOY
Did you grease the o-rings???
dlnoss
I don't know if you received my email. There isn't any oil in the engine there. I think if you used grease to hold the orings in place during installation it probably got warm and oozed out there. I wouldn't worry about it. Wipe or wash it off and see if it continues. -David
2stroke_addict
aparently is not oil but coolant, this morning i found coolant in a unusual part of the head, maybe i blew the thing, maybe 2 much compression 150 P.S.I cold, i don't know maybe you guys can help, i also noticed that the cooant level has gone down when it usually doesn't. fixitrod
I just went out and looked at mine. Did you try to tighten that piece. There are two allen heads holding that in place. Maybe it's just come loose. Otherwise I'd think just an oring or gasket, which ever is in there would fix it. Not a biggy.
dlnoss
Sometimes the coolant level will drop at first as bubbles are purged out of the system. Try tightening the two bolts that hold the fitting on using a 3/16" hex key wrench. If that doesn't fix it, which it should, give me a call. -David
