PyRo_ZaCh
i'm not 100% sure on details, but i know mine has it off, its some kind of rev limiter, but from what i understand they break easily and just cause problems so thats why most people remove them. wesw
it is a system if or when your shee would get wot and the throttle would stick it would shut the engine down. usually it would screw up adn not let the bike run right. i put the kit on and it works good. Dr. Overkill
I had 6 years on my last Banshee, never had a lick of trouble with the TORS. I'd leave it alone, but if you have to dig into the carbs for another reason some day, remove it then. _d
applpro
removing the stock TORS crap makes for easier jetting changes. It gets rid of that extra crap above the carb cap. Check out Vito's performance for a complete kit. About $59.00.
jasonsb
I think he's asking what the TORS removal Kit is? The kit will allow you to run the carb cable without the TORS system. You don't really need the whole kit. If you want to remove the TORS, just get new carburator tops and a new throttle cable. You don't have to buy the drill kit and screws. YOu can adjust your idle the good old fashion way...look at the slides through your carbs and adjust the top screws above the carb caps.
