oldschool98
why doesnt it have a bill of sale or title? dont fall victim to what happened to 2001sstbanshee, he was sold a stolen bike and had to give it back, they did refund his money and he did end up with it in the end leagally through an impound lot but thats alotta hassle to go through. check out its back ground with the local authoritys. they will run a check on the seriel number to make sure it isnt stolen. it will help you out in the long run trust me. '99350t
depends on where ya are. here in NY we dont have titles for atv's unless they dealer own it (brand new or trade in) a bill of sale, all he's gotta do is sign a piece of notebook paper saying " so and do sold (atvinfo ) to so and so for however much) if he dont wanna give that to ya, somethings def. up
sanddevil111
sounds good to me 305891[/snapback] Sounds good but i would look it over...like all the moving parts and stuff like that and make sure they are fuckin ya but other than that I would say its a great deal but you really should show up with 2400 or whatever you said and just show them 2000 and see if they take it...I dont know if i have ever seen someone turn down that much cash when its right there in front of there face
remi_357
sorry for the miss understanding but he IS going to provide a bill of sale, just no title, i already know that $2000 is not going to work becuase he told me 2350 then the coil went out and he said the price was now 2450 because of it but i told him 2350 or no deal
