2k4_Shee Posted January 9, 2005 Report Posted January 9, 2005 At the moment im running stockers and i hate them. Yesterday, we went riding and i found out how bad they really are when shooting hills and ridin' wet slick trails. So im in the market for some rear tires that do well on tall steep hills, good in both hard and soft pack, and open fiels. I drag also in these types of terrain/conditions as well, im just lookin for the tire that bites the best but saves u a few bucks..I searched and i found klaws, and stock 400 ex tires are pretty popular, any suggestions...Precciate It -Justin Quote
sredish Posted January 9, 2005 Report Posted January 9, 2005 Here's a thread that might help. Also, for the record, I now prefer the Maxxis iRazr. They just came out over the summer, so they haven't been tried a lot, but they hook up like frigging mad and slide around corners at will. Perfect for me. Tires Quote

sp1tekiller Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 The original Razrs work nice. Haven't seen the new ones yet. Quote
sredish Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 Hell, I'll sell you my Razrs, that are 90%, mounted to .190s or unmounted, your choice. They are great tires, but they're just sitting in my shop. PM me if you want to. Quote

sheeboy94 Posted January 12, 2005 Report Posted January 12, 2005 when i bought my shee it was bone stock with 400ex tires and they gripped like a mofo in every thing even when i wore them out like to 30 percent. on a scale of one to ten i give it a nine, considering its killer traction, i highly reccomend them for all around riding.
