USMCRider
Okay here is the situation.... I bought a "crank" from 93BlueOval. The following is the PM he sent me about the conditon of the crank. "Personal Message 93blueoval Re:crank, Dec 6 2004, 09:14 PM Rookie Group: Members Posts: 40 Member No.: 15490 Joined: 13-November 04 By the way, the crank is in great shape -------------------- WWW.ANDREWHODEL.COM WWW.NXWI.COM" What I received was a crank with only one connecting rod and thats it... when I PMed him back about it he said" i thought all you wanted was the crank..I can send the other rod if you want it" I wrote back and told him I would rather just send it back and he send my cash back. He agreed and it has been over three and a half weeks since he said he was waiting for his money to reach his paypal account to send back to me and now he wont read the PM's I have sent him in regards to it (yet he has been online) or anything... Its not like it was $200 but $90 bucks is still alot to me. Anyone have any ideas what I can do???? and if you havent guessed 93blueoval will screw you over dont trust him for nothing... banshee04le
He sold you a crank and he didn't mention that it only has one rod...that's fucked. If I were him I would give you your money back because if you have his address it is really easy to make him wish he never stole your 90bucks. If he decides to be stupid PM me and I will elaborate further.

Hard to run a crank with only one rod..... and besides if it was just the crank y even send one rod with it and not any or send both... the whole thing makes no sense and he wont give me my cash back..... its really starting to piss me off..... If it needs work, like a new rod, that should be mentioned and it should not be called a "good crank". It's not like they are two piece rods with a cap. You have to have the crank split to replace a rod and then it has to be re-trued. You can't just bolt a new rod on.

USMCRider
the address he sent the paperweight from is somewhere in texas I have to look again.... on the Paypal thing I filed a complaint but it said they cant issue a refund or anything else because they only deal with the issue of no package received and because I got a worthless piece of metal they can not refund my money... I am just getting more and more pissed off as this whole thing progresses... I guess I will have to take it as a warning... I just hate to have to be worried about anyone else I do business with on this site now... sucks it has to be like that cause I know there are only a few dipshits like this on here......If anyone has any other suggestions I am all ears I completly agree with NYUK there should be a process for eliminating these shitheads from here so the rest of us can enjoy our shit and not have to be worried about other people on here Edited January 4, 2005 by USMCRider

cudaz101
Paypal is the perfect vehicle for a thief to drive when scamming on the net... NEVER use paypal if you can help it...AND if the seller INSISTS that you pay via paypal something is up...Drop the deal and look elsewhere. If a seller is against you using a Money Order then don't deal with them cuz they are dirty. A Money Order from the Post Office will protect you in situations like these which is exactly why they don't want to except them, in fear of Mail Fraud charges that will stick and be prosectuted at the full extent of the law. fixitrod
I don't care if you thought the whole crank and he didn't. You're not happy and you should get your money back. $90 is a lot of money. He should refund any shipping also. Post his address; maybe somebody will go knock on his door for a U.S Soldier.
