05bansh
Well since we are on the topic of cool heads.....Tell me if I have this right. Milling the head is basically a cheap way of upping compression right? And the milled head wont run any cooler right? Then on the other hand the cool head is going to up your compression, cool more efficently, but going to cost more. Does that sound accurate? I'm still learning 300666[/snapback] Anybody? oldschool98
hey dave im 1050 above sea level in ohio, my closest major city would be cleveland if that helps. i just typed "cleveland sea level" into yahoo and picked the second or third listing
dlnoss
Oldschool, I'd probably run 20cc domes. If you took a trip to lower elevations or advanced the timing you might want to run a little higher octane. 2stroke_addict and bigboybanshee, Thanks guys. I'm glad you like the stuff. That's what makes it fun to make 'em. -David
SANDSTAR
I've heard that you gotta change the head studs with a pro-Design. Is it the same for Noss? I run ADA, and didn't change the studs, but you can't run v-force cages with an ADA. Can you run aftermarket reed cages with a Noss?
dlnoss
The Noss Head uses the stock studs and works fine with VForce Reeds.
