GETTING BACK IN SHAPE

Yea man i think everyone else pretty much said it but im in ok shape i couldnt run a 1/4 of a mile but i could ride 20 laps around a track....not exactly the same thing but ya know what i mean

 

i find what helps me best is i ride till i can barely hang on and push the throttle and i slow my pace down but try to keep riding as long as i can bare it....oh yeah and riding dirt bikes is a good way, haha ive been doing that alot more often in addition to riding my banshee and its helped me get in better shape
