Otis
went to Dumont today, and found out that they are now charging 20 bucks for a week, or 60 for a year pass... kinda sucks, but i guess i can understand them doing it....as long as they put the money back into it ....maybe paving the road way in...adding more pissers(rest rooms) and garbage dumpsters, and getting on site medics 24-7........... still dont like it, but......we'll see what happens..... I think I mentioned that to Fixitrod and BenBB...that at Sand Mountain UT there is shit everywhere and they have like 10 dumpsters that you can damn near just THROW your stuff in from where ever your are standing. The second cleanest set of dunes I've been to is St Anthony, but thats all changed to where its nearly impossible to litter....really clean now that there are no open fires allowed
Otis
When I was in Dumont I was super impressed with how clean it was for not having any dumpsters And it usually is, but yesterday it was "trashed" I dont how many times i swerved to avoid hitting a bottle or can.....and in one place someone had drug a bag of garbage with a hole in it, up the hill leaving a trail of sh!t behind.... buy yeah your right, it's usually pretty clean
lvracer36
I went to Dumont Saturday-Monday, it was pretty clean, we bought a season pass about a month ago. Their not going to pave to road, we were talking to one of the BLM and they said the road wouldnt stand the heat, were like what ever then left. How does the road to Dumont not melt ? LOL.
