BriggsRi
Now that I have my new babie, I need to protect her. What are some skid plate recommendations and what are some not to get's. I'm looking for some starter must haves. And, where is a good place to buy, my local dealer seems a bit high, on parts. Awsome price on the Shee, but... Thanks Edited November 29, 2004 by BriggsRi
RNBRAD
DG baja and PRM are the only two I would consider. Check rageperformance.com and rockymountainatvmc.com.

Thanks 286234[/snapback] I have a full set of skidplates, A-arms, center and swingarm. All are thick, in great shape and at one time they were even polished on the topside. I stopped using them when I converted over to sand drags. Let me know what your willing to pay and we may can come to a deal. I can snap some pics if you need them. BenBB
Turbo can hook you up, I'd talk to him first. How's that attic man?? I run PRM (website) and love 'em. Great products and great guys to deal with. Also check out Rocky Mountain like RNBRAD mentioned, great prices on anything there, especially tires. DUNEDEMON
Well I'll add my $0.02...I used to have a PRM full chassis skid and it worked great, not one complaint, though I didn't need it anymore and sold it. A few weeks ago I decided I needed a full chassis skid afterall. Got a deal on an AC, no comparison. The PRM hands down is a better piece fitment wise, the AC was a bitch to install and make everything line up. Function wise? hard for me to say, just wanted something to help glide over the tops of razorbacks. I don't really abuse the AC nor did I abuse the PRM. I like the front "kick up" portion on the AC better than the PRM but if I had to do it all over again I'd probably buy the PRM. Good luck. Banshee~
Stay away from DG....Their fat series chassis skids junk mines sitting in the garage going to send it back to dennis kirk and get my money back...the dg fatseries swingarm skid fits good.dg baja a-arms are junk the bolds stick our on the bottem.im installing the prm chassis skid now....its alot better than the fat series which dident fit at all. but theres a little work you have to do to the prm to get it to fit right
