iceman
Thanks, looks like hes pretty sold on the 04 400EX, which is fine with me, he said I can sell it when its mine. I think it will be fine for him, plus if I want to ride something fast I can always get on my kx. Which reminds me I need to go work on it. PolyKarbon
I like the bottem end personally. Too easy to ride for me, but a very nice quad all around.

Justintoxicated
My buddy has a 99 model, He bought it brand new and it still has the same plug in it when he bought it.. Talk about easy quad to take care of clean the air filter and change the oil..lube the chain/cables ur done... 280954 my bro has one his airfilter is allways clean(mines not )...but he did have to change his plug(he used my gas and dident know i allready mixed it smoked like my banshee for a month ) great bike for wheelies, but so is the yfz450 281898 Don't settle for a 400ex get a 450, close in comparison my ass I have never sceen a 400ex beat anything in a race besides a warrior or 300 ex. While they have enough power to put around everywhere you may end up lagging behind your group and holding them back. Even the Susuki/kawasaki 400 woudl be a much better buy IMO. You do not have to go full throttle on the 450 if you do not want to. but it's there in case you find a good opertunity, and trust me after a couple trips you will find one. 400 ex seems a bit high really I have sceen quite a few roll over, although they usualy are not going fast enough to do any damage. I would not even consider a 400ex for myself but would definately consider a yfz450 (not even a 450r) for my second quad. Maybe even a susuki 400 for a g/f or something but would not step down to a honda unless it was going to be a 250R. That is if they were not going to stop makig banshees in 06. That means I had better start saving so I can purchase a new banshee in 06 Edited November 20, 2004 by Justintoxicated
