I am about to buy my girl a four-wheeler, she had a blaster for awhile and loved it but its gone now and we are looking for something else for her. Im looking for a blaster or possibly a warrior. as far as i can tell they are a 4-stroke version of the blaster. does anyone have any experience with warriors?

Thanks

Jeff

Should be perfect.. She already has experience.. She might have to get use to the grunt of a thumper though!

My buddy had 1 for about 4 yrs and no problems at all. just keep the air filter clean..

What about a 400 EX, Z, KFX, ETC... They have more power than the warrior, and they have a better reaction to mods.

My girlfirend rides a raptor, and is umcomfortable on a lesser machine because she is used to the gobs of power it has, which in turn makes her feel better when heading towards a hill knowing she has the power to make it. Im not saying the others wont make it... I think you all know what i am saying :flush:

the warrior is a great bike but now that the 400ex has reverse that would be the way to go.

I agree...Ride a warrior, then ride an EX & see what you think. ;););)

Here's my girl's ride...

It's getting a make-over this winter & the frame is going to match my banshee. B)

My wife had a blaster. before we bought her a new bike she was able to ride a 400ex, a z400, a yfz450, a Warrior, a banshee (of course) and a Raptor (we have a lot of friends who ride). When it was all said and done we ended up witht he Raptor. To her the Warrior felt slow and heavy compared to the blaster.

The Raptor has tons of power and she really can put it in third and just leave it. She also rides about twice as fast on the Raptor as she did on the Balster. She says it "inspires confidence" because she knows she has enough power to go anywhere as with the Blaster where she had to shift all the time to keep it going. Also the Raptor suspension and ergos make it comfortable for her.

The added bonus for getting a Raptor, I piped, jetted and threw on a K&N. Now I have a bike that I can ride if I ever get a hankerin for something a little different.

Finally, I read a shoot out recently were Honda's old school 300ex beat the "New Raptor 350" in almost every catagory. That has got to tell you something.

I WOULD GO RAPTOR

RJV
