gattaca37
MAKE SURE TO VOTE REPUBLICAN ON 11-2!!!! REPUBLICANS KEEP LAND SAFE AND TRAILS OPEN TO ATV ENTHUSIASTS! DEMOCRATS TRY TO CLOSE DOWN LAND, AND MAKE ENVIROMENTALLY SAFE. IF KERRY IS ELECTED, THE EPA CHIEF IS BOBBY KENNEDY JR., THIS MEANS KISS GOODBYE TO ALL 2-STROKES AND HIGH RESTRICATIONS ON SOUND LEVELS AND EMISSIONS FOR THE 4-STROKES. bILL CLINTON IS A DEMOCRAT AND HE SHUT DOWN 70,000 ACRES OUT OF 450,000 AT GLAMIS. SO DO IT FOR YOURSELF, A FRIEND, AND YOUR CHILDREN, VOTE REPUBLICAN!!!!! KEEP OUR FUTURE SAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What country have you been living in?We already have restrictions on sound levels and the coffin has already been built for 2 strokes. Individual states control public riding areas, not the federal goverment,UNLESS the riding area is federally funded and operated.Your best bet is to see what Governers are for APV trails and which are against them. The people who govern your state actually have the authority to change atv restrictions. Thats why every state differs in ATV laws, restriction and regulation.
Oilsmoke
Nightrider Is the BLM State ran or Fed. What about a National Forest? Edited October 25, 2004 by Oilsmoke
Nightrider
Any national forest is Federally run,not sure about the BLM.I know that the BLM is is Federal authority, but it appears that the individual states are given control to oversee distribution of funds, implementing regulations and upholding laws.As for who or what governs the Imperial sand dunes,I couldn't tell ya,I live in Ohio. Most of the information I have encountered on the Imperial sand dunes point back to the state of California
Oilsmoke
Well the federal bureau of land management runs most of the Dunes & deserts.
Nightrider
Well the federal bureau of land management runs most of the Dunes & deserts. Well if "federal" preceeds or is included in any acronym, then the federal goverment more than likely is in charge.Do you realize you answered your own question? You must have been late for your American Govt class alot. Edited October 25, 2004 by Nightrider

I was just try'in to enlighten you. In Utah most of the 90% of open ground is BLM & national forest land. So you quote was only 10% true where i like. You would make a Great President. Oilsmoke
I am a senior citizen. During the Clinton Administration I had an extremely good and well paying job. I took numerous vacations and had several vacation homes. Since President Bush took office, I have watched my entire life change for the worse. I lost my job. I lost my two sons in that terrible Iraqi War. I lost my homes. I lost my health insurance. As a matter of fact I lost virtually everything and became homeless. Adding insult to injury, when the authorities found me living like an animal, instead of helping me, they arrested me. I will do anything that Senator Kerry wants to insure that a Democrat is back in the White House come next year. Bush has to go. Sincerely, Saddam Hussein
