Yep, take care of her and she'll take care of you. Looks great BTW.

If you've got Wiseco pistons, they are forged. I would suggest letting it warm up fully to allow the pistons to expand before you really get on it. At least 3-5 minutes of idling should do it. An aftermarket or homemade temp gauge would be a good idea, as you can tell when it's warm (I let mine get to 100F before it moves), it'll also let you know when it's TOO hot (200F or over).

As loco and stclark said, you'll want to change the tranny oil regularly. There's no oil filter like a 4-stroke but the oil also doesn't hafta lubricate the motor, just the trans gears and clutch. I change mine once a month riding every weekend, so if I was riding every day I'd shoot for at least once a week...along with cleaning the air filter, washing her real good, greasing all the zerks, oiling the chain (and check the chain tension). Be careful to premix the oil & fuel right, and stay on top of the jetting (I might suggest scoping out the FAQ below). Ride hard and have fun...

Yes, a K & N Filter would serve you well, that is always my first mod on every fourwheeler Ive ever owned. As for the premix, we use Klotz oil. We mix 40:1, if you buy klotz, it will have a ratio chart on the side of the bottle. We use EXL for the gear oil. When I say "we" I mean my brother and I. Many people use different things.
