fixitrod
I think he made more since before he ran for president. I don't think he really knows what he believes or what his position is. Maybe he's changed his mind, but he could at least tell us why it's so different from before. Maybe he's just to smart for me to understand. Man, I just don't understand. Edited October 19, 2004 by fixitrod

PUSH THE THROTTLE
Isn't anybody going to defend Kerry on this? I want to see Fireman-hott rip on someone. Maybe the vid was a conspiracy or something taped in the desert at a secret republican training ground led by Rush Limbaugh? Maybe the same training ground for terrorists? Come on somebody try something.

.
alright, I'll try to make a statement about this. I see a man, in congress, voting on a bill that would enable the president to go to war, if saddam hussein didnt disarm. We we're all for the war when it began. We all believed Saddam had weapons of mass destruction, and I believe he probably still does somewhere. So Kerry voted yes for the war. Next thing you know we're dropping bombs without really having a plan, except to catch saddam and blow up all his followers. No plan to deal with all these little uprisings, no following of the United Nations. Plain and simple, the way we went to war was just a bad idea. The whole video basically shows john kerry supporting the idea of getting saddam hussein out of power, but not supporting the way this administration went about it. And he said it himself right at the end of the video, that it wasnt a flip flop. I finally watched fahrenheit 9/11 and Michael Moore had a lot of backed up facts of how deep this administration and the Bush's are tied in with the middle east, and with armed weapon/vehicle manufacturers, Haliburton and how they got the non contract bid etc. I'm sure not all the stuff was said in a non partial way, but a lot of it was just facts. And not even watching that video I've got tons of other reasons to not vote for bush: 1. Wants to make abortion illegal. I dont agree with abortion either, but its going to happen, and if its not legal its going to be done on the black market, and back corners, and its just going to create problems. Keep your laws off our bodies. 2. He's against stem cell research. Doctors feel its a wave of the future. We're not even talking fetuses here. We're talking about sperm and eggs. Women get rid of them every month, and guys a lot more often then that. 3. Dude's been on vacation more in the last 4 years than I've been my whole life. Sure, you're gonna say that work can come with him blah blah blah. He's the president, of course their will be a thing or two to talk about over the phone etc, but to have someone come over, and share a beer while you talk some politics, and call that work......life must be rough. I'm not trying to pick kerry out to be a much better person, he's got his bags of laundry too. I just want to show you people that their is two views to look at everything. I might as well just vote nader and throw my vote away. This is the ugliest election I've seen since I was old enough to know what an election is. I don't feel like going over everything you said here you'll get that from someone else but I think you should order FahrenHYPE 9/11 and then see what you think of Fahrenheit 9/11. Also another good one is Buried in the Sand. I have the feeling that you'll think differently about Bush if you see the others, you may even change your vote. rebelbanshee2
1. Wants to make abortion illegal. I dont agree with abortion either, but its going to happen, and if its not legal its going to be done on the black market, and back corners, and its just going to create problems. Keep your laws off our bodies. so nothing should be illegal then since its just going to happen anyway? You still have to take a stand even though it will take efforrt to stop it.. 2. He's against stem cell research. Doctors feel its a wave of the future. We're not even talking fetuses here. We're talking about sperm and eggs. Women get rid of them every month, and guys a lot more often then that. Hes against EMBRIONIC stem cell recerch. He is for UMBILLICAL stem cell reserch which is proven to have more of the good stuff from stem cells in it and isnt controversial because it doesnt destroy an embryo... 3. Dude's been on vacation more in the last 4 years than I've been my whole life. Sure, you're gonna say that work can come with him blah blah blah. My dad works at home, and he does real work..the guy just likes to be at his ranch. Also trips to camp david were included which is basically camp for government...its not like a fun summer camp or anything
banshee76179
All I'm hearing is BLAH BLAH BLAH bullshit from Kerry... I want A guy that will stand up for this Country and not be afraid to go to war to protect FREEDOM. I think Kerry would be to worried about what was his voters are going to think if he went to war... Now 2004 and we are still over there even during a election. Kerry say it's the wrong time for war..When is it time, when they come here and start blowing-up buildings and killing X number of people... He is too back and forth for me.. I want a Man who is in control...Kerry is not in control.... George W. gets my vote Chris
Wallynut
Bush is the only president to alot money for stem cell research. He just doesn't believe that babies should be MURDERED for stem cells. As for abortion, I'm sure he's against it, but he's mostly against late term abortion, which is hardly ever done for the woman's protection. Personally, if a woman can't figure out if she wants it by 4th month, then she should carry it and give it up for adoption. Funny that you think that he is always on vacation, thats just laughable. Michael Moore's film doesn't have many FACTS to back up his claims. Oh the dreaded "HALLIBURTON" claim. There are no other American Companies that can do that kind of work under those conditions. I suppose we should let the French go back in and get those contracts? Yea, that makes sense. Has any one heard of the "oil for food" scam commited by the UN, France, and Germany???? Folks should really quit watching see-bs starring Dan Blather
