Meat
alright, I'll try to make a statement about this. I see a man, in congress, voting on a bill that would enable the president to go to war, if saddam hussein didnt disarm. We we're all for the war when it began. We all believed Saddam had weapons of mass destruction, and I believe he probably still does somewhere. So Kerry voted yes for the war. Next thing you know we're dropping bombs without really having a plan, except to catch saddam and blow up all his followers. No plan to deal with all these little uprisings, no following of the United Nations. Plain and simple, the way we went to war was just a bad idea. The whole video basically shows john kerry supporting the idea of getting saddam hussein out of power, but not supporting the way this administration went about it. And he said it himself right at the end of the video, that it wasnt a flip flop. I finally watched fahrenheit 9/11 and Michael Moore had a lot of backed up facts of how deep this administration and the Bush's are tied in with the middle east, and with armed weapon/vehicle manufacturers, Haliburton and how they got the non contract bid etc. I'm sure not all the stuff was said in a non partial way, but a lot of it was just facts. And not even watching that video I've got tons of other reasons to not vote for bush: 1. Wants to make abortion illegal. I dont agree with abortion either, but its going to happen, and if its not legal its going to be done on the black market, and back corners, and its just going to create problems. Keep your laws off our bodies. 2. He's against stem cell research. Doctors feel its a wave of the future. We're not even talking fetuses here. We're talking about sperm and eggs. Women get rid of them every month, and guys a lot more often then that. 3. Dude's been on vacation more in the last 4 years than I've been my whole life. Sure, you're gonna say that work can come with him blah blah blah. He's the president, of course their will be a thing or two to talk about over the phone etc, but to have someone come over, and share a beer while you talk some politics, and call that work......life must be rough. I'm not trying to pick kerry out to be a much better person, he's got his bags of laundry too. I just want to show you people that their is two views to look at everything. I might as well just vote nader and throw my vote away. This is the ugliest election I've seen since I was old enough to know what an election is. JESUS GODAMN CHRIST ! . COULDNT HAVE SAID IT ANY BETTER. I can't beleive you guys just don't get what we are trying to say. Its like your blinded with testosterone. Thank you Abyss for writing all that.... you really took the words right outta my mouth. rip into that bushys

Holyman
As you all know, I am confident that all of the candidates are bozo's. In the Michael Moore posting, Led said that Michael Moore was worthy of a bullet and Bigboy agreed. Under the Bush regime, that would constitute a viable threat. In fact just knowing or even suspecting that Led or Bigboy have the weapons to carry out that threat, would merit a pre-emptive strike. One that would be so severe that it would "shock and awe" those who witnessed it. Do they desrve to be attacked or are they just a couple of disgruntled people who have no real say in the matter? Just thought I'd stir the turd a little Edited October 21, 2004 by Holyman

Meat
Holyman one thing you forgot, before we "invade" them, we would use the Patriot act to spy on em for a few months before the "shock and awe" begins.
Holyman
Holyman one thing you forgot, before we "invade" them, we would use the Patriot act to spy on em for a few months before the "shock and awe" begins. Yeah I forgot. And then you should blame it on the UN for not letting them go invade a sovreign nation in an undeclared, illegal war. When all you are doing is wasting time while spying and making sure you did the math on how much oil they'll have left after it's all done. You could tell everyone that it's a huge environmental disaster when Saddam blows up his own oil fields so when you invade you can tell everyone who asks... we are protecting the environment that's why we are making sure the oil fields are safe first. Yet when the war is said to be won, the oil fields still can barely manage to pump enough oil to keep their own country supplied let alone all the revenue it was supposed to bring in to offset the expenses of the illegal war. Thats allright Holyman, I'll pay for Bush's war. You'll pay, Fireman will pay, our kids will be payin and our grandkids and Brooke will be payin', and if we refuse.... we'll be in jail for tax ivasion. Run up a big bill Mr President.... after all "debt" is the American way. Too bad we can't figure out a way to make the war supporters pay for the bill and the war protesters can keep thier hard earned cash and buy Banshee parts and gasoline @2.20 a gallon

Keep your laws off my body? uh, too late there skippy. Try your crack cocaine in front of a police station and see what happens to you, How about driving drunk, trying to commit suicide, or only setting yourself on fire, Lots of laws on your body already... the problem with your statement is that if a woman is pregnant its no longer just HER body there is a seperate life there , so killing it should be illegal. Meat and Holyman, why do you have a problem paying for the war but neglect to acknowledge what 9-11 has cost this country? Lets see... Afganistan and Iraq are both becoming U.S. friendly democracys and look who is right between the two... I R A N ! but maybe you dont believe they are a threat either. Holyman
OK so this guy uses a crow bar I had left in the front yard and breaks into my house and beats up my wife. I was home at the time but I didn't lock the door, I had the alarm system turned off and the attack dog was chained in the back yard. After I realize what happened, I start running down the street in the direction that I think the guy went but he's long gone. I'm standing in the middle of the street about 30 blocks from the house with my gun in my hand and really mad because the guy beat up my wife, broke into my house and showed that I was really lousy at keeping my place secure even though I run the neighborhood watch program and tell the whole neighborhood how to keep their houses safe. I also have the most guns of anyone around me and train everyone how to use them. Anyway I'm standing there in the middle of the street, panting from running after the guy and I realize I'm right in front of one of the neighbors who said he thought I was stupid, who got in a fight with my dad over 10 years ago and who said if he ever had the chance he'd put the beat down on me. So while I was there, I went to his house, broke in, killed his kids, and shot his dog. But Before I burned his house down, I rolled out his banshees he had in the garage, because I can part them out on ebay or keep 'em until the market goes up. And since I'm the head of the neighborhood watch, I told the guys in the watch program that this guy threatened me and it was ok to burn his house down and kill his family. I just had not explained that in the neighborhood watch handbook yet. So they all got their guns too and because this guy was obviously a bad guy they decided to hunt down everyone in his family too. But they decided to defend themselves and about 1000 of the neighborhood watch guys are dead now too. I guess this all could have been avoided if I would have actually lived up to my obligation to protect my house and my family or if I had not been so mad that someone caught me with my pants down. I guess it could have also been avoided way back when my dad was neighborhood watch man and he was getting into the other guys business. I guess it also shows that no matter how much training I have and how many guns I have or how many guys in the watch program I have, it still doesn't keep someone who wants to break in using the tools I left in the yard from breaking in. The deaths of the guys in the watch program could have been avoided too by staying on the trail of the guy who actually did break in... I guess. But none of that really matters because I am the neighborhood watch guy and even though less than 50% of the people in the neighborhood actually wanted me to be the neighborhood watch guy, I still got the job because of a loophole in the system that makes everyones votes invalid by having a select few actually make the choice. AND like I said, I am the neighborhood watch guy, I make the rules and if the rules don't say what I want them to say, then I change the rules. Oh yeah and vote for me. Afterall look at what I've done for you.

I thought Kerry said we'll spend as much as it takes for the war. I think Michael Moore's view is "hind site is 20/20. Any one can make things look like facts when looking through the wrong end of a looking glass. Bush has been president for four years and been under a microscope. Of course any can pic him apart and make people see it there way. Kerry has not and I see more faults with Kerry already than Bush. That's my opinion. Here's what I'm afraid of if Kerry wins. We still spend billions on the war, our taxes go way up because they will start some type of organizations that we don't need, we will just do what the rest of the world "thinks" we should do, and we will still be in debt. Our economy isn't going to get better because of a president. We, as Americans, need to come up with some new innovative technology or just realize we are "on level ground" right now. It was time for the economy to do what it did. The technology over saturated the businesses and boom. I do see some points with Bush and I'm not saying he is a saint. His family is in the oil business and I realize that. He's not the best speaker. He does do what he thinks is right (and most of the time I think is right). I only have two guys to choose from here. I still think we are liberating two countries and saving the world from future devastation. Can $$$ put a price on that.
