After you upload the picture and you're viewing it at that link, right click on the picture and choose properties. You'll see an "address URL"...you want to copy that and then click the IMG button in your post. Paste the URL you copied for the pic in there and you should be good to go. I think you were trying to copy and paste the URL for the page, not the picture. Does that make sense?
