bigboybanshee Posted October 11, 2004 Report Share Posted October 11, 2004 You get one so if your chain breaks it protects the case from getting cracked by the chain whipping around and smacking it...All you have to do to put it on is remove the flywheel cover and put the case saver in place, 3 bolts and it's done...If you don't have one and your chain breaks you'll be wishing you spent the 20 bucks on one!! Mounts behind the counter shaft sprocket, protects the alloy cases from damage in event of chain snapping or coming off the sprocket. Good insurance!! Edit: Sorry bigboy didn't see your post!!
