sounds good, i always hated how long it takes a 'shee to rev down. Makes you feel like there's a vacum leak or something.

I got a few questions?

1) what do they remove

2) How much mass is removed

 

My dad's freind has a machine shop so im thinking this mod will be worth a case a beer and a few hours work on the lathe, unless its more complex than what i thought?

You remove material from the outside of the flywheel, and some from the center hub. The best way to do it is to have the flywheel mounted on a spindle of some sort, but you could chuck up on the outside. Although it's not the best way to make sure the flywheel is perfectly true.......
