CPI pipes

grounded

Recommended Posts

The local shop has a set, I would like a little more top end for hill shooting but still have an all around duner, I am really thinking of getting this set. Any experience with these pipe in the dunes would be appreciated. Also , what silencers are you running with the cpi s?

I will argue with anyone till blue in the face. There is no better dune pipe then the inframe CPI's period. I run them and wouldnt have it any other way. The only negative thing to say about them is that they are hard to jet. The size of them and their ability to move some serious air makes them unlike any other pipe.

rockets are bigger and move more air. not opinion, just fact. compare them side by side.

They are one of the better off the shelf inframe pipes ive ran them and my buddies friend currently runs them, as for the fit and finish i wasnt that impressed with either set we had to do some serious prying on my buddies set to get the pipe away from the frame and on mine i had to dent the side of it to keep it from hitting the head. Im currently running shearer inframes and like them quite a bit but ill probably end up changing again because i cant leave stuff alone.

thanks, , I dont have any porting done and have no plans for any yet, will the cpi s still be a good swap or not?

ya u can get cpi's if u dont have porting done, but take note there are 2 kinds of cpi inframes. 1 is for 350 to 430 cc, and the other is the big bore version, 440cc and up. you will be fine with the 350 version. with cpi's you will gain some mid range to top end.

I beg to differ. What other pipes have you ran?
