BriggsRi
Noob, Was the frame sent out solo - no parts attached? If solo they should have been able to fully coat the frame. When painting with powder or " Wet Paint " edges, mainly corners, are very difficult to fully cover, it can be done, but a little skill is required. Now if the frame was built-up, I can see where they would have some issues, but, they should not have sent you your frame back with bare metal showing - not cool. BdBanshee
I agree, no metal should be showing. I have had several frames powdercoated and none has ever looked like that. After a few years of riding boots rubbing on it, it will start wearing through though!
