sredish
IMS is the way to go, and if you want really trick, get the quick fill adaper. You can usually get one in the same color as your plastic if you want it that way and then put your decals on it, hell, they won't even know your running one. knight_ripper
Yup stock is 2.6 gallons and the IMS is 5 and change. But youll never have the capabilities that a 4 stroke has as far as gas consuption is concerned. We ride rockets .... and rockets arent made to conserve! jlh
I'm also looking for a skid plate for my motor. the rocks in Big Bear are big and nasty!
SICK BOY
You don't have to run risers, most people don't.I ran them because I use dirt bike bend bars, and when I turn real tight the bars hit the tank.I also liked having the bars higher,it seemed to give me more leverage. nater006
Do I have to use bar riser's ? I don't want to use bar risers, The ims are 225$ the clark are 180$ but they don't say anything about bar risers. Check Fleabay. Got my yellow 5.6gal IMS tank, cap, & hardware off of there, shipped, for <$100. Though, still gotta get the bar risers and a yellow rad shroud to match it. They're nice for the added size, but man are they fugly!
