Ultimateduner
For all you duners that go to glamis calf , do you think Olds is getting to the point where quads can no longer race on it? If so, where do you think the next racing hill will be? Olds for me is a little of a challenge to get through the wups, so I enjoy racing at the slide and other dune hills. DUNEDEMON
I don't think so at all, but I'm not much of a "hill shooter". I enjoy the woops, some of the "drag only" guys do not.
sredish
Can you guys post a good pic of Olds hill? Ultimateduner, my in-laws are in Scottsdale, and I lived there for about 3 years, got married there and then left, but I come back 2 or 3 times a year. Nice place to be, definitely. I lived out under the McDowell mtns.

Sometimes its a fence, but most of the time its a custom made wooden smoother thats pulled behind a lifted truck. Usually its on just one lane were the high performance, low suspension quads race. Ultimateduner
few pics How long ago were those pics taken? The last time I was there the wumps looked far bigger than they look like in the pics
theeechozen1
I like the whoops, thats what makes you a better rider alltogether, being able to go balls out and hit every gear up the hill, thats what its all about. Then after you have a couple bike legths on your buddy...pull the front end up and look back at em, nothing like showboatin in the dunes. Ultimateduner
I agree, however the people I race are complete pussys ( except for one). They don't like bumps. So if I what bragging rights I got to race them some place else.
