tree shooter Posted September 17, 2004 Report Share Posted September 17, 2004 Well a buddie of mine is sick and tired of his banshee and its problems. its a 392 stroker on alky. 8 over swingarm drag pipes and haulers. ever since he went from gas to alky its ran like shit and he just wants a new bike, so he told me 1500 and its mine. sounds like a pretty good price but im sure the motor is on its last leg, or at least needs alot of new shit to run good. Im debating weather on not to buy it. what do you guys think. if i bought it, i would for sure put it back on race gas, but how much $$ do you guys think im lookin at to put into the motor to get it reliable again? The chassis is almost worth that alone probably depending on the condition/aftermarket parts etc. If the engine comes apart, its still worth 1500 in parts alone.
